Service Disclaimer
How the service works
AC Drain Overflow Team markets water damage cleanup services and routes calls to independent local service providers. The website itself does not perform restoration, HVAC service, or construction work.
A provider that accepts a job determines the work, pricing, and terms directly with the property owner. No specific arrival time or outcome is promised.
Different trades
An HVAC technician clears condensate drains and handles air conditioning equipment. A water damage restoration company extracts escaped water, dries affected materials, and documents the loss.
Drywall, paint, and flooring rebuild may be addressed after drying. The scope depends on the conditions found at the property.
Insurance decisions
Coverage depends on the policy, so check with your own insurer. Neither the website nor a service provider can decide whether a claim is covered.
Any cost ranges on the website are typical national examples. They are not prices for a particular home or a promise of payment.
Content and examples
General cleanup information describes common situations and may not fit every property. Site content does not replace an on-site assessment.
Descriptions of tools and methods explain possible work. The provider determines what is appropriate for each loss.
